Sustainability represents one of the fundamental steps of the business and strategic culture of our business. We are committed to achieving positive changes in our society.
We are part of programs that are based on the eradication of discrimination in HIV-AIDS in the workplace. We signed an agreement with the Ministry of Labor and Utelain to educate and guide on this subject.
We have our own water treatment plant. Reforestation programs are carried out throughout the country.

Very important for us is the well-being of our collaborators, in this sense, we have social benefits that improve their quality of life and at the same time we make sure to offer competitive conditions and respectful treatment, promoting the development of individual talent and an organizational culture characterized for quality, excellence and safety. One of our most valuable projects, the “Dignified Housing Program”, annually provides our deserving employees who live in vulnerable conditions with a home that provides them with protection and security with their families. We conduct free oral health and immunization programs.
We collaborate with the international NGO “Habitat for Humanity”, where people from poor communities receive educational programs on how to improve their homes.
We sponsor medical assistance to people suffering from critical illnesses. These programs target low-income residents of poor communities.
As part of the Asociación Industrias de Haina, we contribute to the local technical institute “Instituto Politécnico de Haina” (IPHA). More than 7,000 students have obtained technical services in the areas of Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electrical/Wiring, Refrigeration, IT, and Accounting.
